Awful service

Awful service. They sent out wrong item but my niece wore briefly as she didn't know it was incorrect. Gorman made me pay for item even though it wasn't my mistake.

Buyer Beware.

Their stuff is interesting and I have previously shopped a lot at this store but I do find the bright colours fade and doesn't last that well. The customer service is terrible. I bought a coat on line and only realised when I wore it months later that they had left the security tag on (black tag on black pattered coat). I went in store to get it removed and was treated like I'd stolen it as by that stage I couldn't find the email receipt. I was practically in tears over being given the 3rd degree and was then accused of making the shop assistant uncomfortable.
I did complain and got a computer response and a survey to do.
I will never shop here again.

Disgusted

Purchased shoes from Gorman in the city which I ended up returning later as they were too small. I was happy to receive a credit note but was told I couldn't and had to then and there select something. Everything I choose they didn't have my size. I found it bizarre they couldn't give me a credit note?? I ended up leaving with my shoes - I have never bought anything from Gorman before and will NOT be stepping foot inside the stores again. I expected much more from a company who portrays themselves as fashion forward. The whole experience was odd and out of date!!

Very disappointed

Very disappointed! I purchase a Birkenstock x Gorman slipper and came faulty . Send an email with pictures and ask to exchange so I can get a better pain . The reply came very late. With a long process of return where the return sticker link was unprintable . “ page not found” . I am not spending my own money to return a product to be replaced . Also their return team has to assess the product. Then they will replace it if the product still available. By the rate of just reply and getting the basic process . It’s a nightmare. Last option they gave me was I can keep it and they refund me 10% of original price . I choose that . I don’t even know if I will get it !
That number they provide no one ever picks up ! You can’t even leave a message.
Which company online shopping/return process is so troublesome and hard to even get to .
It’s very disappointing.
Worst experience ever !!!! Really won’t recommend this . Such a pain and hassle .

My experience has not been good

My experience has not been good. I am a regular online shopper and Gorman has failed me on more than one occasion. First time my parcel was mixed up with another customers. We had to meet up to swap as no customer service support. Second time a return has taken almost 2 weeks to process a refund and still waiting. Shame.

Zero stars

Awful awful awful online shopping experience.
I simply wanted to exchange an item purchased online.
I followed ALL the instructions, but the Gorman Returns team repeatedly claimed that I had not completed the forms (I had), had not authorised shipping charges (I had, multiple times), had not responded to emails (I responded to every single email as soon as I received it).
I re-sent the form which clearly showed I had authorised the shipping charges (as I had saved a copy) - and then they claimed that they did not have access to the email account I'd sent it to (I'd simply replied to the email request they had sent me).
In the end, they provided me with a credit. I didn't receive an explanation as to why they couldn't process the exchange (the item was still available online).
I also never received an apology for the Returns team's multiple claims about my failure to authorise shipping charges - even though their claims were easily proven to be false.
Do not put yourself through this experience.

No ethics

Very disappointed. Some fabulous prints and fabric but unpredictable sizing and quality. No product reviews onsite. Be careful shopping online. Returns policy is terrible. Postage is expensive no matter the cost of items. Customers expected to cover all postage costs. Expect to be out of pocket. No refund. You receive store credit minus all postage spent. This is labeled a gift!! Will be surprised if they can keep this sham going. I’m done with Gorman not worth it. No ethics.

Do not recommend

I want to vote 0 stars if Trustpilot has one.
I ordered a few items from Gorman online, they sent out the items in separate parcels and one of the items was missing. I checked the delivery status, it has shown the parcel has been left in a safe place. (I didn't give any authorisation to leave and hadn't received any notification from the driver.)
I reached out to Gorman's customer service and they informed me I need to deal with the Australian post and they can't do anything about it.
If Gorman doesn't allow the driver to leave the parcel without notifying me, how would the parcel go missing in the first place?
Overall, it's a disappointing shopping experience, and I don't want to experience it again. I will never shop from Gorman again and won't recommend it to anyone I know.

Shocking

Shocking! I ordered some items on May 17th fast forward to june 22nd I still have not received them. I am in Melbourne so don’t understand how it is taking them so long. Every time I contact them they saying they are being sent this week
